We want to thank the National Drowning Prevention Alliance for giving us the opportunity to host this Vehicle Submersion Workshop in Collier County. With recent incidents in Broward, Palm Beach and Collier County increased awareness is necessary on this topic.
Dr. Gordon Giesbrecht is a world renown authority on submerged vehicle protocols and helped establish the protocols they are currently using in Canada.
Special thanks to Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Physicians Regional Healthcare System, Collier County Parks and Recreation, Bald Eagle Towing & Recovery, INC. and Bud Gruber, Pres. for making this workshop possible.
